Pet Sitter of the Year

PSI's Pet Sitter of the Year award is pet sitting's top honor.

Each year, hundreds of satisfied pet owners nominate their pet sitters for this unique competition. It's the only award of its kind, where your clients have the opportunity to tell the world about the satisfaction, peace of mind and loving care that only a professional pet sitter can offer their animal companions.

 

The 2008 competition opened on October 1, 2007, and will run through September 30, 2008. Official Nomination Forms can be downloaded here.

 

Nomination Guidelines

• Any individual pet sitter—owner or employee of a professional pet-sitting service—is eligible for nomination.
• Entries must be submitted by postal mail or fax on an official nomination form. All nominations and testimonials must be verifiable through signature, address and telephone number of the nominator.
• 2008 entries will be accepted beginning October 1, 2007. All entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2008, in order for your sitter to be eligible for this year’s award.

 

Nominees must be willing to provide PSI with credentials and proof of professionalism; e.g., service contract, insurance and bonding information, etc., if requested. Finalists will be asked to supply additional information and publicity photographs to PSI and must agree to abide by PSI Rules and Regulations for Pet Sitter of the Year.
